Julien Gagnier, Founder & CEO
Julien has spent 10+ years leading HR teams across startups and global enterprises. He’s a Certified HR Leader (CHRL) who’s seen the same problem everywhere: compliance was messy, manual, and hard to scale.
Even top teams were stuck in spreadsheets, chasing legal updates, and constantly playing catch-up.
He built Tablise to change that — the compliance tool he always wished existed: structured, automated, and built for scale.
